February was a good but not a great month volume wise for home sales here in Ocala. There are some interesting statistics that I got from the Ocala MLS though. The median home price is up 19% from this month last year. The median time to get a contract is down 23.8%. Inventory is down 9%. All of which prove what I’ve been saying for quite a while now, that the buyers market is over and we are now in a more balanced neutral market.
There are still great deal in Ocala compared to other parts of the country. My sister and I are selling our parents house in Billerica Mass.
