Like most 55+ homes the majority of homes in Spruce Creek Preserve are 2 bedrooms. Of 33 listings only 6 are 3 bedrooms. Many 2 bedroom homes will have an office / den (no closet). Homes in Spruce Creek Preserve vary a lot in size, from 1100 sq ft to over 2000 sq ft. Smaller homes won't have the extra room because there isn't enough sq feet.
