There are homes under $50,000 in Spruce Creek, Oak Run (a few), Palm Cay & Pine Run. They will be from 700 to 1,000 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, 1 or maybe 2 baths ans a car port or maybe a 1 car garage. I’ll send you listings

I would like to know if you have a resale home for sale from 30-45 thousand dollars—1 bedroom / 1 bathroom. Or the prices of a 2 bed/ 2 bath . All your sites look very nice–so which ever one a house that would fit my price -would you let me know. also the hoa fees.

Will send you listings for Spruce Creek. Unless you know the area & have a friend in Spruce Creek, you should consider Palm Cay too. Palm Cay has very similar if not the same homes, same management company & low HOA fees.
